Gregory W. Banks

Greg practices largely in the area of professional liability defence, with a particular emphasis on engineering and construction matters. He is particularly effective in these areas given his designation as a Civil Engineering Technologist and his five years of experience with the Highway Engineering/Construction Department of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Greg is also experienced in personal injury litigation and insurance coverage matters, as well as intellectual property law. Greg has extensive experience in complex subrogated matters, and has been involved in a number of large explosion and fire loss recoveries.

Greg received his diploma in Civil Engineering Technology in 1990. He returned to school to complete two years of undergraduate studies at York University in history and political science in 1995. He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Manitoba.

Greg is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
