John has a broad insurance and civil litigation practice in which he advises clients on a wide range of matters, including negligence claims, construction disputes, insurance coverage issues, subrogation claims, product liability claims, occupiers’ liability claims, environmental claims, and professional liability matters. John has handled cases involving infrastructure projects, commercial and industrial construction projects, automobile parts, medical devices, foods and beverages, industrial racking systems, construction and manufacturing equipment, and a broad range of consumer products for clients located in Canada, the United States and Europe.

John received a B.A. (Hons.) in Comparative Literature from the University of Western Ontario in 1999 and an M.A. in English Literature, also from Western, in 2000. He received his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2003.

John is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
