Kim is a leading young lawyer in the field of professional negligence and liability. She regularly defends insurance agents and brokers, financial advisors, and she has co-authored papers on financial advisor liability. Kim also practices general civil litigation in the areas of transportation law, municipal liability, occupiers’ liability, products liability, commercial law, and employment law.
